  3. STB EM 16 Plus Windows 3 Drivers V.1.1

Within this archive reside the newly released high res (256 colour) Windows drivers for the STB EM 16 Plus (or Powergraph) VGA Graphics card. I've also enclosed the DEMO.EXE file so you can test your STB card's compliance with the new drivers - the Powergraph is the card with the new Tseng Labs 4000 series chipset and capable of 1 Meg of video RAM.
